plot_coverage_heatmap(data, group_col = NULL, group = NULL)
Arguments
- data
A data frame.
- group_col
A string. Grouping variable.
- group
Deprecated. Use group_col instead.
Value
A plotly object representing a heatmap of coverage values by group and variable.
